Appoint the Dept. of Agriculture as SOLE GOVERNING BODY to implement, police and ENFORCE “Animal Welfare Act 2013″ and “Control of Dogs Act” as a means to realistically end the current abdication of statutory responsibility to animal welfare.
This will ensure the introduction of a cohesive centralised approach to maintaining and enforcing animal welfare legislation as centre-stage in Government, aided by an ‘All-Party, Parliamentary Dog Advocacy Group’.
